This dip is decadently creamy with a hearty kick and also happens to be low in fat, vegetarian and packed with protein. Serve it with tortilla chips, carrots, celery or forks, you’re sure to be the hit of the tailgate/watch party/solo event on the couch with this one. So, make some dip and watch a Bills game! One will give you a delicious treat and the other will be there.

Cheesy Buffalo Bean Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cans pinto or navy beans rinsed drained and divided
- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
- ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 green onion chopped
Instructions
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Step 2 In a large bowl or food processor, combine one can of beans, cream cheese, Greek yogurt and buffalo sauce. Blend until creamy and well combined
- Step 3 Stir the remaining beans into the buffalo mixture
- Step 4 Spray an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour buffalo mixture into the dish
- Step 5 Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella and chopped green onion evenly over the top of the dish
- Step 6 Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until edges are browned and bubbling and cheese is fully melted
NOT-SO-PRO TIPS
You can definitely mash the bean mixture by hand but I can’t recommend getting a food processor enough! I use mine for everything from frozen cocktails to falafel to Spiced Carrot Tots. You can swap out Greek yogurt for sour cream if you prefer or switch up the cheeses according to your tastes. I found 1/2 a cup of buffalo sauce to be just right but you can add it a little bit at a time to check for spicyness.
