I find this to be a satisfying meal all on it’s own but feel free to eat it with rice, noodles or whatever other side fits your needs!

Hoisin and oyster sauces should be easy to find in the “Asian” section of most supermarkets. If you can’t find them, though, you can add extra brown sugar, honey or even peanut butter as a replacement for the hoisin’s sweetness

I actually like this meal even better a few days after I make it and cold! I usually will cook a big batch on the weekend and eat throughout the week but you can also freeze leftovers

Feel free to switch out the veggies based on your preferences! Snap peas and cauliflower would also be great!
